Available Positions:

Transaction Coordinator Assistant 

The Transaction Coordinator Assistant will support the Transaction Coordinator team in managing real estate transactions.  No real estate license is required for an assistant. Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields is strongly preferred as you need to be familiar with real estate contracts .   Must be highly organized, excellent attention to detail, and deadline-driven, exemplify strong communication skills and ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the TC with reviewing and organizing contract documents for compliance
  • Input transaction data into CRM and tracking systems
  • Monitor and update timelines, key deadlines, and contingencies
  • Communicate with agents, escrow officers, lenders, and clients under the direction of the TC 
  • Prepare and organize files for closing 
  • Perform general administrative support including scheduling, follow-up emails, and file auditing 

 Technical Requirements:

  • Microsoft365
  • Outlook 
  • Tech savvy and able to learn new programs quickly



Certified Transaction Coordinator 

We are seeking a Certified Transaction Coordinator (CTC) to join our growing team. This position requires an active real estate license and/or experience managing residential and/or investment transactions. You will work with real estate agents, investors, escrow officers, title companies, attorneys, and lenders to ensure smooth closings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage transaction files for compliance and accuracy
  • Monitor contract deadlines and contingencies 
  • Communicate with all parties throughout the transaction 
  • Maintain an organized digital workflow system 

Requirements:

  • Active real estate license (not required but preferred) *
  • Minimum 1 year transaction coordination or real estate management experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 


Administrative & Digital Marketing Coordinator:

We are seeking a versatile Administrative and Digital Marketing Assistant, a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with a proactive, “can-do” attitude who thrives on continuous learning and growth.  This role supports HIGH TMS by managing daily digital marketing project intake and coordination. You’ll play a hands-on role in executing and reporting on campaigns, including client email marketing, paid and organic social media calendars, content creation, and digital marketing initiatives for both our company and our real estate clients. Your primary areas of focus will be SEO, Google Ads, Instagram Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, Facebook Marketing, TikTok Marketing, and Real Estate Industry Marketing.

This position is highly collaborative.  Beyond task execution, you’ll bring ideas that improve processes, increase efficiency, and elevate the team as a whole.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Posting and scheduling content across multiple client social media channels
  • Supporting campaign execution and performance tracking
  • Assisting with coordination of marketing projects and deliverables
  • Contributing to process improvements across the department



Term:

All of our positions begin as 1099 contractor position. Number of hours is not guaranteed but estimated. This is 100% based on your ability to handle the workload, learn new tasks, and integrate with our clientele and team.


We have a 30-day trial period, where you can learn and determine if we will be a good fit for you and vice versa.
