Kelli N. Handy - Founder & CEO
Kelli Handy is the visionary behind H.I.G.H Transaction Management Services (HIGH TMS), a division of Handy Investment Group Holdings LLC. She recognized a critical gap in the real estate industry—particularly for creative investors—and set out to fill it. Working in the creative real estate space is not the traditional nor average TC. After seeing too many solid deals fall apart due to missed deadlines, miscommunication, and disorganized paperwork, Kelli launched HIGH TMS as the trusted solution real estate investors rely on to get deals closed—consistently and efficiently.
With over 18 years of hands-on real estate experience, Kelli brings unmatched insight and leadership to HIGH TMS. She personally oversees operations while managing a $36M privately held commercial real estate portfolio and has also partnered with third-party real estate investors & owners since 2012 to optimize their assets. She is also a licensed Realtor in Texas and has been a Loan Signing Agent and Notary since 2007, offering clients an added layer of expertise in transactions.
Kelli’s commitment to excellence extends beyond her business. She previously served as Interim Chairwoman of the Professional Development and Education Committee with Houston Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) in Houston, Texas and currently serves as Vice President of a local nonprofit organization.

Doris Wade - Operations Manager
Doris Wade leads as the Operations Manager at H.I.G.H Transaction Management Services, bringing over 15 years of real estate expertise and a commanding presence in the industry. With a strong foundation in both traditional and creative real estate strategies—including seller financing, subject-to, and wraps—Doris is known for turning complex transaction coordination for investors into smooth, successful closings.
Her extensive background in tax and logistics adds a rare layer of precision and foresight, allowing her to anticipate challenges, solve problems before they arise, and streamline every step of the process. Doris’s professionalism, sharp attention to detail, and deep industry knowledge have earned her the trust of investors, agents, and lenders alike.
